We found Golden State HS after our last contractor didn't quite meet the standards and really put a bad taste in our mouth in regards to contractors. All of that changed once we decided to work with Lilith and her team who not overseen the project but ensure our new home was built beautifully and even better than we could have imagined it. We loved how thorough Golden State HS's team communicated every step and the reality of the process. Now we not only have a wonderfully constructed home with a pool, tennis court and beautifully landscaped property (they do it all), but we have what really feels like home. I would not only be reaching out to them for my next project, but i will also be referring them to everyone we know.

We absolutely love our transformed outdoor living space! When we first purchased this house, what's a backyard felt empty and didn't quite feel like home. Thank to Golden State home solutions, that has completely changed. Now we have a stunning area where we can entertain guest and proudly host holiday gatherings. I am extremely pleased that I chose to work with Golden State Home Solutions to handle my subfloor repair and dishwasher installation. Living in an older home, there are sometimes surprises that arise as was my case when I purchased a new dishwasher only to discover it could not be installed as expected due to prior subfloor damage. My experience with Golden State was professional and positive beginning with Lilith to the general contractor, Jeff and his workman, Cesar. Lilith and Jeff are both excellent communicators. They turned a disappointing situation into a positive outcome. From my initial conversation with Lilith, the estimate from Jeff who took the time to thoroughly explain the estimate and scope of work, to the actual job done by Cesar and Jeff; I would highly recommend and use them again in a heartbeat. We experienced an unexpected shower leak around the holidays, which necessitated a partial shower remodel in order to repair. But we also needed the work completed before we left on vacation in early March. The Golden State Home Solutions team worked with us to get all of the work completed for a reasonable price within our timeframe, and we're so grateful! Thanks guy!
