Professional, on time, ensured we understood the service to be provided and verified the cost. Explained their process, extremely personable. Called to let us know when they were 20 minutes out, and appreciated that very much. The final job was exemplary. I asked about carpet protection and deodorizing which was explained to me and while they do not push you to do additional services, at all, I wanted to and did add these two items to my project. This company has my commitment to them from now on, And, I will certainly tell my friends, neighbors and others looking for this service to call Golden Gate Steam Cleaning. On my original review, I did not list the correct amount for this service, the service fee was $297 - which was more than well worth it. I expected to pay more - upwards of $350. Thanks again Golden State Steam Cleaning.

These guys are awsome. They were able to clean some ugly pet stains in a house we just bought . The price was so reasonable I decuded to take their suggestion of scotch guard. Such professionals. They took before and after pictures and the spots are gone. I was so worried they wouldn't come up. You need to hire these guys..you won't regret it!!!

I was very pleased with the quick response although it was a small area. My dog had an accident and they were able to clean it up that same day. The work was excellent and thorough. Also, the carpet technicians were polite, respectful and professional. They will be my go to from now on ð ð ¼
