"We apologize for the misunderstanding Sir, but we did agree on a price. Although we have a two-year warranty on every job we perform, you have not called us with a complaint of dissatisfaction. If you feel that we've missed something please feel free to give us a call and we can have it fixed at no cost. Thank you for choosing Gulf Coast Masonry."
"Ms. Trina, we recommended you to demolish the brick wall and rebuild. As soon as we took a look at it, your wall was leaning over 15 inches, and any gust of wind would have knocked it over...it was only a matter of time. We agreed we can try to level it, but at no guarantees, due to the wall leaning so far over. We never took any payments from you. We had not been able to come out to your home due the rain. After your wall fell over, you called us, yelling, cursing and then fired us all together without giving us a chance. We would have been more than willing to rebuild at no extra cost. We do apologize that this unfortunate situation happene"
