We worked with Hugo from GoldenView Renovation on our full blueprint set and then completed a JADU build along with a full remodel of our main house home project. From start to finish, Hugo was outstanding in every way—professional, knowledgeable, receptive, and incredibly detail-oriented. Here's why... * Licensed and bonded, their work meets codes and will pass inspection. * Their price was fair * They finished 2 weeks ahead of the original 7-week estimate * They gave an accurate estimate of the final price up front. Final price was 5% under the original estimate. * Our fabulous assigned designer, Dafne, ensured all fixtures were compatible with existing plumbing connections, made excellent design suggestions and offered a designer discount. (ex: $20/SF tiles for $8/SF). Her 3D renderings showed how all the pieces fit together, and her 2D plans showed where each component would be installed. We had our two bathrooms fully remodeled by Golden View 4 years ago, and were very happy with the results. Recently we noticed a leak from the shower in one of them that was affecting the nearby flooring. Asaf and the team really came through for us, they diagnosed the problem - a shower pan leak - opened the walls to clean and mitigate mold, planned and executed a partial demolition and rebuild of the shower including an improved method for waterproofing, and restored the bathroom and walls back to original condition and full functioning. All of this and they didn’t charge us, since Asaf told us he wants to stand behind their original work and fix problems arising. Five stars for sure!

Very pushy Project Managers gave us the creeps. We felt threatened, that if we did the work w/out permits that they would report us. They kept on touting their great s/w for project tracking. So spooked with didn't want them in the house again. In fact, they brag about their military training that helps them manage projects . Perhaps that's how they strategically coerce people...my wife and I certainly felt threatened and wanted nothing further to do with them. Not surprised that Yelp has posted a notice of suspicious reviews.

Golden View Renovation was awesome! Anytime I had a question, they were always quick to answer with every specific detail to the work needed to be done. My kitchen was repaired and done so professionally, quickly, and with care! My family and I love the way the kitchen turned out! This remodeling company was recommended to me by a friend. i hired Golden View renovation to remodel my master bedroom and shower. the project manager who came out to my house, Meidan, was very knowledgeable and had great ideas and suggestions as it became very confusing what tile should i choose and other construction materials. they referred me to some good stores i should buy it from and hooked me up with their contractor discount on some of the items witch was a nice amount of savings. the project lasted about 4 weeks as promised and all workers were very professional and always on time. the job was done in a very clean matter witch was a big concern for me and i didn't want my whole house become a mess. the bathroom came out amazingly beautiful and it feels like a high end resort now in my house every time i go in.

Golden view renovations were the fastest and by far the most professional. Everyone starting from the front office with Oshrit to the people in our home doing the repairs. A special thanks go out to Tal and Asaf who oversaw the entire project and to Marco and his fellow workers. This is what a great company is supposed to be. I cannot begin to express our appreciation for Golden view and the people of this fine company. My home now is not only as good as new. It's BETTER! I had such a great job done with Golden View Renovation. They did a very professional job putting my bathroom and garage back together after my water pump exploded. They provided the mitigation team and everything just went so smoothly.... I would definitely use them again if anything like that happens or I just need a remodel.

- [ ] During the shutdown due to coronavirus, my downstairs flooded from a backed up sewer. Golden view was suggested to me from the company that did the water mitigation and I was extremely pleased. There was plenty of communication, the work was done extremely well and they were always quick to answer any questions I had. They cleaned up after themselves and worked pretty quietly (important since I work nights!) They have completely restored my faith with contractors, and if I have any other construction needs, I will definitely be using them again.

They did a great job and very reliable! The did it in a timely manner and I'm happy with the service!
