Don, the owner, is friendly. He is very conscious and know HVAC well. He diligently checked out my central heating unit, found the problem and recommended a solution (a broken ignition part). He order the part and installed it as soon as it came. What also impressed me was the fact there was no large markup on parts. He charged me only his cost. Finally, he found a problem that the original installer of my heater had made and fixed for a minimum labor charge. So, I would completely recommend Don and Golden West HVAC.

Don V was great! He came when he said he would, tuned up my AC and told me before during and after what the problems were and how he fixed them. I took a chance on this new company and I am overwhelmed by his professionalism and wonderful customer service!!!
