From the first contact, we were treated like family and had great support throughout the project. Katie and Chip were readily available and offered help whenever necessary. Katie was so sweet and knowledgeable but never tried to make a decision for us. She was very patient as I changed my mind several times. Once we had decided on the granite, she stayed in touch throughout the instillation process. The guys who installed our new countertops were professional and did an awesome job. I will never look any where else when I do home improvement projects. I highly recommend you work with Katie and Chip through Goldsboro Builder s Supply!

The individual that installed the new door was very professional. He went right to work and did not waste time. The work was very good quality. I would hire this individual again. The rep from Goldsboro Builders Supply was also very professional. My only comment on him was that he did not always call back with info when he said he would.
