We were shopping around for a company that would be fair, responsive and provide a great value. Goliath worked with us every step of the way. We went through 4 different sketches before we settled with the design we picked. The team was very patient and answered any questions we had. The end product was outstanding! We’re looking to add on to the patio we had built and we will definitely use Goliath when the time comes. Thanks team!

I contacted Goliath a few months ago because they had installed a deck and patio at my neighbor's house. Their work is absolutely beautiful. When I had initially met with them to discuss my project, they were very knowledgeable and friendly. I didn't really have an idea of what I wanted to do with my space, but they definitely delivered on a stunning design that utilized my yard and incorporated everything I had asked for. I've been recommending them to anyone who asks for an outdoor design project as these people know what they are doing!

Extremely pleased with how our project turned out! From the initial consult, to the design and to the build, everyone we interacted with was professional. They were more expensive than other contractors I contacted, but I knew that going in, based off of others who used them. What set them apart was their 3D design that no one else offered, plus the quality of the build. We had a deck, porch and patio built.

Wow! If you are looking for a luxury builder that cares about details and YOU, then look no further. We are so impressed by Goliath's creation of our backyard oasis. We did take awhile to finally decide on a design we liked, but they worked with us every step of the way and were patient. They never pushed us or encouraged us to things we didn't like/want. The build was phenomenal, along with the crew. We've already hosted two parties since our project was completed. Everyone is blown away!

We could not have asked for a better outcome or experience on our project. We had a larger than normal project when we approached Goliath, but we already knew it was something they could handle based on other references and reviews of those who had similar work done. We live in Potomac and have a large house and backyard. Our budget was $500k. I realize that's a large budget, but our project was larger as well. Our project consisted of an in ground pool, hardscape surround, composite raised deck to include a covered porch and outdoor kitchen. The design is really what sold us almost immediately. I'll have to see if I can locate the renderings they gave us. Anyhow, they just finished two weeks ago. We celebrated our son's graduation from University of Maryland here and all our family and friends were stunned. Great job!

Highly recommend Goliath and will look to use them again for other projects. Extremely responsive and flexible. The quality of work was also great. They built a great deck, sub-porch underneath, patio, and new slider. Expectations were exceeded.

We had wanted a screened in porch for a while and began to talk with contractors in Spring 2019. We felt very comfortable after talking with Goliath that not only were they capable and in the ballpark of the other estimates, but that they were truly committed to quality work. We began working with them on the designs and specifications, and we had lots of questions because although we knew generally what we wanted, there were lots of details and decisions to be made. They struck the perfect balance of making suggestions, pricing out options, and providing guidance without dictating changes. We changed our minds several times about this or that and they were always amenable. I should note that the job was not only the addition but replacing two large windows in the back, one with a custom sliding door and the other with 3 windows. The addition included a deck, an outdoor gas fireplace and TV, so they had to run electric and gas line. They also replaced our roof and gutters. There were challenges (the shop we bought the windows from dropped them loading for delivery, the inspections were, at times, nightmarish), but Goliath stayed calm, made adjustments, and pushed through. I should also say there were many crews working and all were extremely professional and respectful. We would definitely use Goliath again and would highly recommend them to others.

They did a great job once we figured things out with our project. Their guys are neat and do a superb job. Especially managing our flooring as we have heated subfloor and there was no damage. My only complaint is they dont respond to texts and calls easily. It takes time to get in touch.

These are the nicest, most professional folks I've ever had the pleasure of working with. From start to finish every step along the way went smoothly and accurately. They were present on a daily basis with no breaks in service as experienced with other companies who jiggle job sites. Courtney and Juver along with their talented staff were amazingly helpful with suggestions for design and materials. They built a perfectly utile laundry room with all fixtures, cabinets and waterproof flooring in just six weeks. They also added a new louvre door closet in the adjoining hallway and extended flooring throughout the area. I think the most important comment I have is that they are honest and trustworthy. I felt very comfortable allowing all of them access to anywhere in my home, including the week I was away on vacation. And they served as surrogate parents to my blind Doberman who simply adored them. I am now completely spoiled and won't hire anyone else for jobs I need done.

All these guys really worked extremely hard in some questionable weather. Great job, extremely well built and very sturdy. They had tons of tree roots to deal with. I can’t say enough good things about them.....
