We hired Mr. Gomez Construction to transition our home from vinyl siding to a complete stucco exterior, including granite steps & additional stone work. Jose, the owner, is an absolute gentlemen. There are multiple methods used to install stucco, and he clearly explained all of them. His prices were competitive & even reasonable. Communication both prior & during the ongoing work was seamless, with any questions or issues addressed immediately. The workers were punctual, respectful, and their attention to detail was amazing. The completed work easily exceeded our expectations. They also ensured that the work area was cleaned thoroughly. Mr. Gomez Construction [Jose and his crew] are outstanding. I met with multiple contractors and Jose was the only contractor to answer all my questions and provide me every detail and went over each step for the job. The job was to stucco the foundation of my house. [sq ft 2500]. His price was very fair and his team did an amazing job. They are neat, respectful and do precise work. Day 1: His team came and prepped the worksite. Everything from my patio, to my sidewalk, fence, vinyl siding, pipes, gutters - etc were taped off and covered. Rocks and landscaping fabric rolled back. The tape lines were perfectly straight. First coat was also started. Day 2: 3-man team arrived early on site to complete the first coat and finish off the stucco. They completed the job around the foundation of the home and stairs. They even sealed my front porch patio to avoid water creeping in behind the stucco. The stucco came out PERFECT. Every line straight and the application itself is perfect. Last they went over it with a fine tooth comb. (Filling in anything missed) This team is awesome. Day 3: The clean up and finishing touches. Any spots missed were fixed, landscaping rocks and fabric were put back. My entire property was clean, leaves blown, siding washed and all debri cleaned up. Overall: I am EXTREMELY HAPPY AND SATISIFIED with Jose and his crew. His team is awesome and does great work. They kept me up to date on everything. Answered all my questions. Project was to be completed in 3 days [and he completed it in 2.5]. His attention to detail is AWESOME!. I highly recommend this company. GREAT WORK IS HARD TO COME BY AND HIS TEAM MEETS AND EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS.

Mr. Gomez was a joy to have worked on my older stucco home. I connected with him thru HA and within minutes, he called right back. He came to see what my job entailed (repairing/replacing exterior stucco walls of home). The same day he arrived to see the job, he provided estimate before he left, impressive. I had my entire home & detached garage scraped of the old stucco and new smoother textured stucco applied, replaced a few stone steps, painted some trim and my house is absolutely beautiful! He estimated 3-4 weeks, he was done in 16 days as he and his staff worked 7 straight days and some days well into the early evening. I would no doubt highly recommend Mr. Gomez Construction for any and all stone and stucco work, his work is over the top beautiful, he's a perfectionist. I would call him again and again and recommend him to anyone needed quality work as my home looks totally different but gorgeous...so much so that folks driving by have stopped and gave compliments. Mr. Gomez, and staff were a pleasure, I just wish he was a general contractor as I would have hired him to do the rest of things I need done on my house, MR GOMEZ, you are a winner in my book.

I hired this company to fix the stucco on my home. When he showed up the first day, he was an hour late. I only knew he was stuck in traffic after calling him. When he arrived, he took a look at the house and had to increase the cost of the work. That was fine, but it felt unprofessional to start working on the house before I even agreed to the price increase. Later on that day, he made fun of me, thinking I did not get the house inspected prior to purchase as the stucco was not in great shape. I am not sure I would say something like that, as I literally hired him to fix said stucco. The next day, he was supposed to return to do color and finish the rest of the cracks. Two and a half hours after he was supposed to show up, I finally heard back from him, saying he would not be coming that day because his paint guy never got back to him. When he finally did return, he was, again, late, and while he did work for about 11 hours, there were still many gaps in the stucco, which were asked to be fixed. When I contacted him to return, he told me he would get back to me this week to patch the last of it and has since ghosted me for the rest of the week. The work he did do was passable, but I would never work with him again. Edit: Following up on the response from the business owner, I can provide you a copy of the inspection report I got when I bought the house, I can show pics of before and after that show the corners I asked you to caulk. I have the two contracts I signed when we agreed the scope of work was bigger than you thought from your virtual inspection. I have text messages from the two people who were house-sitting to let you in while I was at work, showing you to be late. I did not show you the pictures for what I wanted you to follow up, as I said I would send them when you were going to come. As I said the last time we spoke, you are a liar, and you tend to leave a great many details out of conversations we have had, for instance when I said I would be painting the house soon and would not need color matching.

I had a wall around my concrete patio, which had cracks itself, that all of the fake stucco was falling off. He prepped, power washed, shaped,, repaired , and transformed the the wall and ground into a masterpiece. I told him he could use my name and number as a reference as he was punctual and worked hard every day the weather was warm enough without raining. Truly a class act!!
