I could not ask for better customer service, also the cost of the job was well prices. I would have preferred to walk through the projects before paying the bill, as two of the jobs that were suppose to be completed were not. However, we did review both issues on the same day as the project was set to be finished. One was resolved on the day expected, the other would take a few more days to fix. We have a plumber that we use and will give him a call to fix the shower leak

Services over time included repairs from flood damage, tile and vinyl plank flooring installation, various painting projects and ceiling texture, replacement of a water heater, plumbing repairs and multiple handy man projects. Prices were extremely reasonable and customer service was excellent. The work was always done in a timely and efficient manner. We recommend Alex with GDS to family and friends for quality service and will use him for any future projects.

Wanted to be paid prior to work being done. Did not do it correctly and left a mess for me to clean up, including stucco painting around the new porch lights and fixing a hole left in my front door. I had 2 porch lights installed, a kitchen baseboard, and a front door lock set installed. It took him 2 hours to complete the job. $550.00.

Alex acted like it was an easy job when we first met, but it ended up taking forever (I finally hired someone else to finish it) and their work was shoddy! Horrible, horrible craftsmanship. He blamed Everything on my walls not being squared! I hope I can post pictures of how he left it. Then he wanted full payment when it was clearly nowhere near being done! Look up all his reviews!! He s been successfully sued, has a BBB rating of C+ for unsettled complaint, and many stories just like mine!! Hire someone who has a contractors license.

I recently sued Mr. Gomez, and won, in San Diego County Superior Court for his failing to do the work promised and for the abysmal quality of his craftsmanship. Mr. Gomez was chastised by the Judge for operating without a license and ordered to pay my $6,000 damages in full. I feel that Mr. Gomez will lie to you, overcharge you, and never finish the job. Run, do not walk, to an actual professional for your home improvement needs.

The job was deemed "completed" by Alex even though holes remained in the wall, gaps remained between the window frames and walls and shelves and closet bars remained unpainted. When I questioned him about the unfinished work, his response was, "You can rehire me to complete the work for an additional fee". I am extremely unhappy with the end product and would not recommend his services.

Alex was wonderful to deal with, both over the phone and on the job. He is strong and very experienced which helped him deal with a couple of unexpected situations. He arrived promptly, worked efficiently, straightened up at the end, and was always friendly. Excellent job and worker!
