I got a good deal with them to replace pump damaged by the hurricane, to do post-hurricane pool clean up, and now monthly service. Very good company, flexible and understanding at a low price.

Very professional and able to get the pool pump motor replaced on very short notice. Based on my experience I referred them to a neighbor that needs a major job with their pool and all equipment. I am definitely keeping this business in my favorites.

Hired Gomez Pool Services to resurface out 18' x 36' pool and to replace several hard to turn & broken PVC ball-type valves. Also had a water leak at the skimmer needing repair. Erick called me the same day after submitting my request for an estimate and we scheduled a visit shortly after. Erik arrived promptly and gave me a very straight forward estimate which was well within what I had budgeted. He beat out two other pool companies whose estimators were more like sales people and who over-priced their estimates in every category of repair. The work was scheduled and the Erik & his work crew showed up on time and prepared the pool for resurfacing and a short time later the resurfacing was done and looked great. Next, Erik re-plumed in the new Pentaire valves reducing the 5 original valves down to 3 easy-to-operate ones. He also flushed out a partially clogged dedicated pool vacuum line for me as part of his service. Finally, he installed a salt-water chlorine generator I had requested. After a 6 week waiting period to be sure that the pool plaster had finish curing (during which time it was brushed daily), I added the initial bags of pool salt Eric supplied, and the automatic chlorine generator began making new chlorine every time the pump runs. I reinstalled the automatic pool cleaner and now my pool is shimmering clear blue every day. Like new again. Erik and his team are very professional and listen to any questions or concerns along the way. I would hire them again for any needed pool services.

Erik was very honest about everything we needed. He came in resurfaced the pool, changed the coping to travertine, and repaired, and resurfaced the deck to concrete. He was the only company that told us the truth that putting travertine on the patio will cause problems with our sliding glass doors (water getting in). In the end, we paid more than the initial quote, however, we have an old pool which had unexpected issues and we added extra accessories as well. But even with that, his final bill was still less than some of the other companies that gave us quotes.

Erik as well as his crew was wonderful! We had bids from 3 other pool services to resurface our pool, but on the spur of the moment I called Erik to come provide a bid. We knew immediately that he was the right choice. He was honest, explained the process, worked with our schedule and completed the pool in a quick time-frame....and it looks amazing! Pricing was excellent and service was superior. We are discussing installing a pool heater and will definitely call Gomez Pool Services for that project as well as any of our other future pool needs. I would highly recommend!!!!

Erik was great to work with. Fair pricing, honest, and very responsive. He delivered exactly what he committed to on schedule. He even did a few extract things, like pressure clean and paint my pool deck. I would highly recommend Erik.

I submitted my project around noon and by 1:30pm, Erik was at my house, even when he said that he would try to be be here around 2pm. He found the problems right away. He fixed a PVC pipe leak by the pool pump, replaced the electrical, lubricated all of the o-rings and he showed me other places where I have problems so I can fix them. He was very professional, very efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. He had hard to find parts in his truck that I needed which saved me a lot of time. His cost is reasonable and I will definitely call him for all my future pool services.

Erik was great, found the problem fast and gave me helpful tips for maintaining my pool myself.

I had major air bubbles in my return line and my pool cleaner was not working. I had tried all kinds of ways to troubleshoot my own own. All local pool companies could only do work doing limited hours Monday-Friday. They were also charging minimum service charges just to whoe up. I called Erik and he came by after hours to accommodate my work schedule. It turned out to be something extremely simple, and Erik was kind enough to just charge me $20 for his travel time. Reliable and honest - highly recommend and will be using him for regular pool service now.
