You cannot get these people to return a phone call. The work was scheduled to start on April 17th. They did not show up and there was no phone call. After two more days of trying to call, I got someone to schedule on the 23rd of April. AGAIN no show, no call. Called office and was told the crew would be out on the 24th. To make a long story short, this company is not reliable and I would not recommend them to anyone. The work finally completed on the 11th of May. It was only a patio flat roof. I wounder what it would be if it was a home. In all fairness the finished product looks great but that is only half the story when it comes to a business.

Signed contract over 3 weeks ago and still no word on when they will do the roof. Poor communicators! I have contacted them several times to see when our roof is scheduled and the always say they will get back to me and never do. So Frustrating! About to ask for down payment money back. 12/24/18

Honest, reliable company. Easy to communicate with and can be relied upon for timeliness and scheduling. They want to make sure that everything is done to your satisfaction. Customer service was great as all questions were answered and all phone call returned in a timely manner. I just can't say enough about this company. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I am highly impressed with Gomez Roofing, as they were professional, courteous, reasonable and did an excellent job. They completed the work on time, and cleaned up the home site afterwards. Knowing that I was a bit hesitant, Mr Gomez himself Presented himself, and I was given a reference from another satisfied customer who employed them for several commercial projects and was very supportive. I highly recommend them!
