Terrible, never provided the service I paid for

very professional and good at what they do

Mr. Gomez came to our rescue in the after math of Chicago's 2015 Blizzard. He was the ONLY one I was able to get a hold to that day. He informed me that he was very busy but Mr. Gomez promised he would return with his guys to clear my driveway. No more than 3 hours later we were free and clear. This is what I call doing business. Very professional crew. Everyone worked and no one was standing around. They arrived and began to work immediately and the work was complete beyond my expectations. I will definitely call Mr. Gomez & Son's again.

Mr. Gomez promptly arrived onsite to my rental property 30 minutes after my initial call. He assessed the property and provided a reasonable quote and proceeded to complete the job without hesitation. He cleared the walkway, public sidewalk and rear porch adequately, to include adding ice melt to ensure our tenants don't slip and fall. I'm quite sure he has secured future snow removal jobs.

Mr. Gomez was $400 cheaper then my next two bidders for my gangway sidewalk and performed a professional job. The finish was amazing; a broom finish along with a smooth outline as well as expansion joints at the appropriate locations. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

DO NOT HIRE! The owner did not follow his own contract of laying stone and mesh under the concrete. Additionally, the cement was supposed to be 4 inches deep and it's only 3.5. Worst of all was that the concrete was pitched directly toward my door. It rained the night he finished it, and my house flooded with water. I called the owner and he referred me to his son. The owner never once came to see the problem or intervened in any way. The quality of the work is extremely poor. The son is difficult to reach and made different appointments with me to correct the problem, but cancelled many.

Gomez & Son's Concrete, Inc. were very concern about the project. Recommendation were made on their part, which I'm happy with. The concrete project came FANTASTIC!!! Thank you God for keeping your arms rapped around me & covering me with Gomez & Son's Concrete, Inc. Amen!!!

Gomez and Son did a nice job but they left my backyard messy with concrete residue on my backyard concrete patio, did not remove extra dirt that was dug up for the foundation of my back porch. They just left a pile of dirt off to the side of the back porch they made with a bunch of nails. Now I have to clean up the mess they left in my back yard

During the initial faze of removing the concrete, they made a several minor damage to the door way. Stamped concrete is inconsistent, it took them 4 weeks to complete the work, and mean while, I never heard from them. I had to call them several times, I even sent them emails, and then finally they called me back. They did an okay job, but it seems like they could've have had better customer service, but I would still recommend them.

Quality of work was professional.customer service was good.would have rated higher but call return could been better.Value for money was good.

Worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. He kept on delaying when he would show up; I had to call him all the time. Then when he showed up, he put the concrete without wire mesh (we agreed on a mesh). God knows the quality of the concrete he put! He was very rude to my wife and me. I would not recommend this company.

They exceeded our expections. They are friendly, knowledgable and did the job quickly.
