High-quality work, everything was good on time and schedule!

Craig and his crew are pros. Excellent communication; verbal, text, email. There when they say they're going to be there. Clean. Easy to work with. Flexible when problems occur that required a delay (Contractor, electrician, plumber). Craig just completed 2 bathrooms in my house. I would not hesitate to recommend him or hire him again for any tile work in the future. A+ service.

Craig is very personable, and he has some great designer ideas that he is willing to reveal, if you are looking for additional input? I know that there may be less expensive Tile Setters out there, but I think that you will agree that his work is top drawer!

I am a retired police officer that was looking to hire a good tile installer. I interviewed several tile contractors and I found Craig with Gonzales tile to be very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to answer all my questions and then explained how each process is done and the time it would take to complete them. All of their installers were very professional and cautious with my property while installing the tile. They took the time to cover and protect the other floors so that they weren't damaged during the installation process. The crew worked very hard to complete the job earlier than expected by staying late and starting early, just so that I could attend a family function that came up at the last minute. The quality of work was fantastic and when they were finished, they cleaned up everything so well that it looked as though I never had anyone there working. I would definitely use Gonzales tile again for any of my tile work in my home and would not hesitate to recommend them to my family or friends.

We hired Craig Gonzales Tile after we had floors put down improperly which was causing the tiles to lift. Craig and his crew removed all the tile and backer boards. They were able to save some of the tile to be reused. Their work was impeccable from the removal to finished grout lines. Craig also worked with us on the cost as he knew that we had been placed in a financial crisis due to the loss of tile and work already paid for, which had to be removed. Craig also worked diligently and timely to finish the job as quickly as possible for us. HIRE GONZALES TILE YOU WILL BE HAPPY!

Craig's tile work was very good. We installed tile in two bathrooms floors. We installed the tile floors and chose an option to go with the tile base also for the bathroom floors. The tile floor was done initially and the tile base was done at a later time . Our experience was good until we chose to do the tile base (since it was not available). When he came back to install the tile base, he was curt and made his unhappiness at coming a second time know to us. The tiles we bought from him were very good. We found the same tiles at a local tile store at a much cheaper price what we paid him.

First I would like to point out that I pick Craig (Gonzales tile) out of 12 tile contractors. His bid was fair for both of us and he had a demeanor in which I had no problem handing my keys over to. Personally I don't carry an artistic eye so he had no problem spending some time with me looking for the right types of tiles for me and my budget. From start to finish he kept a clean work site and was on time. His finish product is aesthetically pleasing and I am confident its good looks match its durability. End of the day Craig is good at what he dose and its easy to see why he is so highly rated.

It was a pleasure working with Gonzales Tile. His price isn't the lowest, but I believe it would be difficult to get a better result for less than the price that Gonzales Tile charged.

Gonzales Tile is absolutely superb. Good size project completed on time. Setbacks for me were huge but a cakewalk for Craig. Sub floor needed replacement in two areas and Craig's extended network of licensed professionals kept the work continually moving forward and were very courteous. Gonzales Tile knowledge of tile and sub floor problems and potential issues is second to none. Very professional. Gonzales Tile is meticulous and the outcome is stunning. My wife was very pleasantly surprised when she saw our food, kitchen counter TV, cabinet drawers, and the "non-tiled" part of the house completely sealed off from dust! Fantastic job.

Craig's professionalism and work quality are unbeatable. He removed old tile and installed new to our kitchen, eating area, family room, entry and bathroom. He began on schedule and finished on time. He went above and beyond our expectations. We've done a lot of remodeling, and he is by far the best contractor we've ever experienced.
