When he came, as the day were on. We pointed out things that he did wrong for instance. He replace our bathroom sinks and he plugs in to the sink that didnt match and weren't what we had before. So, one sink was one plug. Another sink was a completely different type. So, we had to tell him to change that and then he took it upon himself to change the plunger. One with gold on it because we had previously gold in our bathroom. He change that without asking us. We notice that the plunger weren't attached. He just stuck them down in the whole that it goes down into and it ties into the plug. So, when you raise it and lower it, it opens and closes the plug. So we told them that he said he would fix it. He went back to fix it, and he left and we notice it was the same as it was before he never fixed it, even though he said he did. Before he left we noticed that the grout the he put around the sink to seal it was not completely done well. So, we had him do that again. In the morning when we woke up, Our sinks were wet underneath. So we contact them. My husband had to fix it because it was dripping. Badly enough that it was causing harm to our under cabinet. So, my husband fixed it an we contacted him and we asked him for the cost of the hoses the he did not replace. He should give us that much back. We asked him for the money back and to cover the hoses the we had to replace and for my husband's labor and he said he would do that after I had to threaten him first with reporting him to Angi and to the Business Bureau and then he called me back and he said he should replace those hoses. He actually texted and he said that he could come back and fix it. I t took 3 days for the underneath cabinet to dry. It was so wet but we did not allow him to come back because it took 3 days to dry and we no longer trusted his work.

Oscar was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to fix everything that was need to be done with no hesitations. He takes care and has great quality in his work. I will call him again when I need some work to be done.
