Gonzatino Home Improvement really cared about ensuring that we were completely satisfied with the two awnings that they helped us pick out and install. They gave advice and sought answers from the awning company. They brought us print outs of specifications and assisted in color choice. When we ordered a set of colors that we did not actually like on arrival, they took care of having them returned and ensuring that we did not have to pay a return fee. When the next ones came, they installed them and did a great job. Gonzatino Home Improvement also suggested that we build a container to stow away the awnings for the winter to protect them from the inclement salt weather on the ocean. After agreeing on a good price that included removing them from our home in the fall and putting them back in the winter, they constructed a solid shelter for the awnings and had the project complete before winter arrived. Dave, the owner, has lots of ideas about things that can be done to improve your situation. He is amicable and energetic and wants to make sure you are absolutely satisfied. He always calls after a job is complete to check in and make sure everything is to our liking. If it is not, he schedules time to come back and address the issue.
