Fridge, Freezer or Ice Maker Repair or Service
Gooch Appliance Service, for the most part, was a very positive experience. The office staff was very attuned to keeping me advised as to the status of a part that had to be ordered. The technician, both professional and personally, was very good. My only complaint was the cost. I had the same repair done two years previously, and on that occasion, the part was half the price that Gooch charged. Also, the labor cost from my previous experience was significantly less. However, I was well pleased with the service of Gooch and would considered using them again.
