GOOD ATTIC ENERGY

I'm sorry to have to give a review like this; however, it's been 2.5 years since Good Attic cleaned out and installed new insulation and their work was incomplete and I can't get them to honor or guarantee their work! They originally told me I had baffles and didn't need baffles; when moisture and other problems didn't change with their insulation installation, I called and emailed about the problem and only received excuses/reasons other than taking responsibility. This spring another insulation company came to my door, I explained my situation, that company sent someone to investigate my new attic insulation and reported that NO baffles were installed, so insulation was partially covering the vents. Also "good attic" did not do any air sealing at all! So I called "good attic" and told them. FINALLY, good/bad attic sent their own representative out and he checked my attic. This rep confirmed no baffles or air sealing was done with good attic's installation. They refuse to make right

I highly recommend Good Attic as an attic insulation service provider. They provided competitor pricing and were highly professional, with communication that made the insulation and rebate process particularly smooth from start to finish.

After having my water pipes freeze a couple of times, a friend recommended Good Attic. I had already received a couple of estimates for new insulation in my attic, but Good Attic's quote included more & was much less than the others. They completed the work very quickly and showed me before & after pictures. No more frozen pipes!!!
