I hired Todd to conduct my first home purchase and I couldn't have asked for someone with better communication or quality of work. Todd instantly replied to any questions I had before, during, and after the inspection via text or email. He didn't hesitate to state concerns or talk me through smaller issues that weren't major concerns. Even though Todd completed my inspection, he is still answering questions and reviewing documentation that I send to him. I would recommend Todd to any friends or family going through a home purchase without hesitation.

Todd did an excellent home inspection for our first house. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions while also performing a very thorough review. This is my first home purchase, so needless to say I have been anxious during most of this process and I have to say (along with my outstanding realtor), both Todd and Jeff (Jeff was my inspector) made me feel at ease the entire time. Jeff was very professional and took the time to explain all issues (both good and bad) as well as recommendations and maintenance advice. The inspection report was in my inbox within seven hours of the walk-through and was extremely detailed and even included links and references to additional services to look into. Todd is the ultimate professional. He will walk you through the entire process and explain all the inspection items. I did the radon and infrared thermography on my inspection...so glad I did. I got a complete, thorough, and detailed report that was easy to read and understand. You'll be so happy you hired him.

Todd agreed to do the inspection on short notice and gave the inspection report the same day. He was very patient and answered the questions truthfully and patiently. Being a first time home owner, he also educated us on helpful several points of home maintenance. He even suggested the right folks for termite inspection and arranged for their visit too. This was my first home inspection, so I was expecting a more in-depth inspection, not just the visual. It is normal for inspection/inspectors to only look at things, however, some use other tools to do thermal imagining to see what's behind the wall. Overall, I received a very detailed inspection. The service and price were good. He was very professional and was happy to answer any questions I had and explained things he felt I should know even when I didn't ask questions.

Todd was very nice to deal with and provided the home inspection report the same day the inspection took place. I was at the house during the inspection and he walked me through each room. The report he provided was easy to understand and included pictures which made it easy to give to the seller to make repairs. Todd did miss one thing (not having hot water in the shower), but luckly I discovered this before the sale was fine. Todd missed this due to the hot water heater not being on when the inspection started. The hot water heater was truned one after 25% of the inspection being completed and Todd did not go back and check the hot water in the bathroom. I lived the the house for 3 weeks now and have found no other surprises. Todd was also nice and recommened tree trimming services that also needed completed. He seemed very knowledgeable of home repairs.

He communicated with us immediately over the holiday through email to respect our family time. He was able to schedule an inspection on very short notice. He was at the location early and answered all of our questions. He gave us information on how to save money on any projects that we may want to do in the short term for maintenance of the home. Additionally, he provided preventative maintenance measures for the house. If he noticed something that may require a specialist (i.e. chimney), he offered references and point of contacts. The termite inspector he used was also thorough and courteous. He was a wonderful mixture of professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. I will be using him and his contacts in the future.

Todd adjusted his schedule so I could join him for his inspection. He was quite thorough - climbing ladders to inspect the roof, skylights, flashing, gutters, etc., measuring the moisture content of walls/ceilings/siding, testing every window and electrical outlet, and so on. He responded in detail to each of the many questions I asked. He offered helpful explanations and advice on various things. For instance, how the system works, how to maintain it, how to prevent problems, etc. He also offered to provide references for services, if needed. Very friendly, very helpful, very thorough.
