Plumber is awful

Jason, Ralph and the rest of the team are very friendly and responsive. Jason made two site visits prior to beginning work to answer questions I had about specific details. Goodfellas replaced a basement sump crock that was incorrectly tied to the sanitary sewer. They installed two french drains in my yard and drains for my garage and house downspouts, trenching and installing drain pipe all the way to the ditch at the street. I asked for a "comprehensive storm water management strategy" from several contractors and Goodfellas was the only company willing to listen to my overall vision and needs. Everyone else just wanted to camera the drains before talking about any of the other issues. It was a big project and they handled it all in a timely manner despite freezing weather. I recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Goodfellas added/extended gas service to my garage for a shop heater. They were true to their estimate, very professional, efficient with process and protected my living space during the time on site. I am very pleased with the techs, their service and promise. Good job Goodfellas!!

Have a male available because being an older female, I feel I was taken advantage of! I would not hire them again, and I feel the money I paid them $149.00, was just a gift to them. They had NO PROBLEM being DISHONEST! I am at this point very disappointing, angry, and hurt by the two gentlemen taking advantage. I will NEVER hire them again!

Goodfellas did a great job on a complicated issue in our old house. I would use them again.

They did a good job and showed up when they said they would. The only problem was the quote. They quoted $169 per hour and lead me to believe that was for 2 plumbers Ralph and Jason. They told me it would be about 1000.00 total. Only Jason showed up and it took him 7 hours so I feel I was deceived/ overcharged for about 3 hours labor.

Did a nice job, but our repair date kept getting changed. The 2nd time it was changed my husband had to call them up to find out where they were.

He extorted an extra $700 out of my fiance while I was out of town at my fathers funeral. Whole lot of no shows and a lot of excuses. I feel he lost interest in the job and did not want to do any more work but he had my money and did not finish the job.

Really good guys. Projects were enough that I ended up with three guys to finish running a gas line to our stove. Kind, hard workers; answered any question I have. Only knock is timeliness. 9am was more likely 1030. 11am could be 1215.
