Ken Miner explained how the windows are manufactured and went over great detail about the contract. Jason Wilson explained the measuring process and anchored the two windows closed and moved a cabinet. John Weber & Bill Sevey did a fantastic job installing it; John discussed painting or varnishing the frame, then went over how the windows work and all the paperwork then m sure I understood everything that he had to explain. Talked to Kim and she was very professional on the phone and made sure I was satisfied.

I hired Dustin to modify a bathtub to a shower tub combo. His workmanship was extremely poor. Tiles did not line up, grout smeared across the ceiling. He did not seal in the window and left raw wood exposed in the shower area. I purchased all the tile, grout, shower hardware, and paid for a plumber to modify the tub to be used as a shower. Dustin provided the cement board and labor and he charged me more than twice what it was worth at the cost of 1,350.00. I knew I was being overcharged and I my self could have done the job but I live over 3 hours away and I liked Dustin personality but I failed to get references and proof of his abilities as a handyman. Nevertheless, I hired him and I regret doing so. He did not show up for work until noon and took a multitude amount of smoke breaks and left around 9:30 pm. The job should have only taken some 12 to 14 hours but took him 4 days and left me with a mess to clean up. His work was so poor I had to remove all of his work myself and rebuilt what he should have done in the first place. Do not hire this person.

Dustin and his father Mike did some remodeling in my home. Totally remodeled one of my bathrooms. Did a great job with the tile for my shower! Also did a small remodel for my other bathroom. Both my bathrooms and my kitchen, they put down a new floor and it looks great! They put in a new kitchen countertop and sink also. Great people to be around, also if I had any questions they were more than happy to answer them. Would definitely recommend them.

DId a great job in a timely manner

Dustin built some difficult shelves in my kitchen closet under the stairs and on the second story a closet with a peek / slanted wall, I m very happy with the results. Dustin is definitely coming back to do some other projects for us.
