The guys who came and put up our lights did a great job. However, whoever is running their scheduling center is an unorganized mess. I’ve been called 3 times AFTER the project was completed to see if I wanted to hire them to come do the job. I explained that it was already done but I keep getting calls!

These are not professionals. However they are very nice people. If you want friendly people cleaning your windows with Windex and paper towels, then this is for you. Be prepared to go around afterwards to clean the window sills, screens (possible an extra charge although we were told it was included). You will have to re-fit any screens that they remove and leave in the yard. Ask them to remove shoes indoors, they have no shoe covers. Ask them not to step on your furniture. Provide a ladder, they did not have one Check all windows, we had to call them back as 4 outside windows were missed. They did return to finish. Another semi-plus was that catches they broke were purchased and replaced. All in all, wonderful people, mediocre job
