Commercial Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
We had an overall very unpleasant experience with Good Guys Electric. The crews on site were unprofessional, and there were repeated issues with organization and workmanship. They overran multiple supplier and staffing accounts without proper coordination, which created unnecessary complications and delays.
Most concerning was the quality of the electrical work. We incurred significant additional costs to fix and correctly rewire items that should have been done properly the first time. Between the rework, added expenses, and lack of professionalism, this was not a positive experience, and we would not use them again or recommend them.

I rated 3.0 on the value for money because I was charged $120.00 for a flick of a switch but I do understand that they charge for the trip to your house and by the hour.

I thought I had a problem with a switch. The worker that came out looked at one GFI and one other outlet and then found a GFI which I did not know was there pushed the reset and every thing worked. He was here 10 minutes and charged me $120. They won't be working for me again.

Owner and his brother replaced electrical panel box and traced down some gremlin issues for us. Guys were quiet and friendly, and kept after some tricky issues til they solved them.....highly recommend them and will use them again.
