I had my heat pump checked out and the man that checked it let me know he would be early for the appointment. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The last company that checked it two years ago didn't charge as much but I wasn't able to contact the owner of that company. Good Guys probably charge what most of the other companies charge , very recommended.

Scheduling was easy (by text or phone), promptly scheduled (three days later) and was on time for the appointment. The technician was very knowledgeable of the heating system and answered all questions we posed to him. I am very happy with his work and will call him for any heating and/or air conditioning concerns.

They came & determined what the problem is & ordered part that day. Will be returning this week to install. So far we are satisfied

They were able to come and fix the problem the same day I called. They were responded to my request for service within minutes. We sat up an appointment for them to come that afternoon. They kept me informed on the approximate time they would arrive so I wouldn't have to wait around the house for them to arrive.

They were Johnny on the spot, even on a Saturday morning. Called me back within 25 minutes after I left them a message. Will call them again if I have troubles with my HVAC system!

He came and looked at my heater found out there was a crack in the manifold. This was on Christmas Eve and had to wait until Monday to get a new and it a great price for it. I think it would have been quicker if it was not for the holidays. They did a great job taking out the old one and put the new one in.

The young man was on time, courteous, and he did the work quickly. He finished replacing the heat pump's external fan motor in barely 30 minutes, and it is working well. I could tell an immediate difference in the quality of the heat in our home. His price was $200 less than the other two companies. A win win!

The technician was very personable and knowledgeable. They didnt try to push any upcharges that i didnt need. They are also military and veteran friendly. They are my go to for any hvac service in the future
