Great guys!

We had to terminate the Good Guys and hire another contractor because of their Substandard work and for charged services not performed. We were overcharged $3,231 for work not performed. We had the following issues: • Our new contractors had to re-paint rooms and garage; • We were charged for plumbing parts we never received; • We were charged for disconnection and installation of plumbing parts never disconnected or installed; • We requested in writing, detailed invoices which were never provided; • They left messes inside the house, and left oil on the driveway; • We therefore had to move in two months late which we then had $3,172 in carrying costs for our other house. We withheld $500 for the plumbing issues, and emailed them with the explanation. Our new contractors can substantiate all of the problems upon request. In summary, DO NOT hire the Good Guys unless you like substandard work, and being charged for parts and work never received or performed.

Very nice group to work with, very professional, good quality of craftsmenship, detailed and on-time always. They helped us remodel three bathrooms and a kitchen remodel last year, fair prices.

Good Guy"s crew and Cami in the front office were awesome to work with! From start to finish I was impressed with their workmanship, skills and suggestions on how to best proceed with my remodeling choices. All work was done in a timely manner. The remodel of both bathrooms and tile placed in bedrooms and living areas really gave my home the face lift it needed. I've have had several friends and family members stop in over the course of the remodeled and they couldn't be more impressed with the final outcome. Thanks Good Guys ! I'll call you when I'm ready to up-date my kitchen next.
