Very thorough and fast

Jackie and her cleaning crew were extremely efficient and they each took care of a particular area of the house. They were friendly, hard working and stayed focused on the task that they took care of. After each one had completed their area Jackie inspected each area and they she asked me to come and see. Everything I had asked for was completed and then some!! I will definitely call this service again when I need assistance. GOOD HOME SERVICE receives a 10 from me.

I was satisfied with the service. The charge was a little high but if that's what I gotta pay to get it done then I gotta get it done.

Jacki and her partner came prepared with everything that was needed to do the work. They were profession and courteous. I told them what I needed for them to do and by the time they were finished they had done more than I ask for, I was very please with the quality of work that was done.

They did a terrible job. More interested in repeat service, Hair was left from the mop that was not mine. Gave $180.00 to do the job.

Many general cleaning tasks were not done. Was quoted $150 to $200. AS we were just moving in, there was no furniture to deal with, so I thought she was a bit high. When I returned to pay her, she upped the price to $285!

I paid a generous amount for a deep clean of our large house after we moved out. Admittedly this was a big job but Jacki and her helper spent half the time I expected them to spend at the house--3 hrs. I found several areas that were not cleaned or that were cleaned superficially. I had to clean these myself. Overall I was disappointed with the service even though Jacki was courteous and friendly

Jacki and her staff were excellent, hard-working and fast for the job. They are also very polite, courteous and friendly. I so loved them.

Jackie was very professional n very courteous. When, she told me how long it would take her to finish the job , she didn't take any longer....In fact she finished a bit earlier then stated....I will definitely recommend her to everybody i know.....

initially I walked in to a lovely clean home, but then discovered they didn't move the area rugs to sweep or mop under them nor did they vacuum them. I also discovered that the faucet in the master bath sink was tarnished somehow. The owner stated they only use water with bleach in it but that wouldn't tarnish a faucet. Aand the glass shower wall and door still had slight build up on them.

You have to be very specific as to what you want done. Like a written list with details. Otherwise they go very fast and don't really do a thorough job thorough.

I assumed they were professional house cleaners, but when she came to do the work I had to instruct her on what to do. She talks better than she cleans. She says she can do a lot but ended up having to re do almost everything. She was rushing too much because she had another job right after mine she had to get to. For the money I am paying, I expect them to take their time and do a quality job.

Jackie and her "girls" first came on 7/27. Did a so-so job and I thought, well, ok, let's give it one more try. Issues from the first time were still not done the second (and last) time (8/11). 1) The back of the stove (where we all keep salt/pepper, you know the area), not touched; 2) Coffee pot 'rinsed' but filter bucket left uncleaned; 3) dusting was a joke - they dusted IN FRONT of TV's but not 'around' or behind; 4) bath towels left unstraightened; they do NOT wash shower walls, (first visit NONE of the toiletries were moved, so I know they didn't clean...second time I removed all the items and they STILL didn't do shelves - had to show them before they would do it correctly); 5) don't know what the girl used on microwave, but now it has scratches on the front door; 6) they have a hard time using a vacuum - only want to 'sweep'. I have two dogs, lots of hair - sweeping isn't the answer. Had to prod them along to do the cleaning correctly. Both times I paid $100 - I blew it by hiring them a second time, thought maybe I didn't tell them clearly enough how I wanted things done the first go round - tried to give them a second chance ..... WRONG..... don't be lulled into hiring this company - not worth $25.

There were some things I noticed after they left that should have been cleaned - tops of ceiling fans,lamps, glass table tops cleaned but smudged. But they did clean the inside of my windows which I did not expect. The price is reasonable and they are very willing to work with my schedule, so I will use them again. We can work out the minor details.

Consumers beware. I hired Good Home Cleaning services for a move out cleaning, My usual lady was out of town so I hired them since the new buyer was moving in next day. I paid $280 in advance to do the cleaning and then left. When I returned the floors looked really good, but nothing else was cleaned. I had asked specifically for fixtures, baseboards, bathrooms and kitchens, things that would be normal cleanup when selling a home. The sinks and mirrors were not touched, and there was blood in the shower. I was unable to get the stain out of the stone in the shower after I had to go back and clean everything again myself in order to be able to get the home transferred to the very sweet couple who bought the home. I read the previous reviews and chose them because of all of the good reviews, but when I contacted the owner after it happened she made excuses and did not attempt to make this right. She offered to go back and clean it but it had to be done that day so that wasn't possible, and she wasn't willing to make proper amends monetarily either. I just want people to be aware before choosing to work with them that if something isn't right it doesn't get proper attention.

Over all look ok but when you look closely you will see water spots on the shower glass but not got off the floor stove top half clean
