They did an excellent job with the insulation. My house is much warmer now. The only place for improvement would be cleanup after the job is done, it was dark so I am willing to forgive what was missed, but there was lots of insulation in my yard that was not cleaned up.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and really helped recommend the right solution for my space. He did not push me towards more expensive options. The workers were prompt and did a great job. I was pretty happy that they cleaned up after themselves as well. Would definitely hire again for any future projects.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and worked with us to modify the original plan when a few issues came up. We had fiberglass insulation blown in, upgrading existing insulation on the second floor and adding insulation where there was none on the first floor. The work crew came on time and was happy to answer any questions we had. They did a reasonable job of cleaning up, but you will need to vacuum and dust, it is messy work. We had insulation blown in, from both the inside (roof and dormer walls)and the outside (walls). We knew that the inside work would involve drilling 3 inch holes, but we were surprised by how many were necessary. For 1/4 of our cape style home’s roof and one dormer window, there are about 30 holes. They fill the holes with a wooden plug, and put what they call “skim” coat of wallboard compound over it. The skim coat and need for sanding is disclosed ahead of time, but in reality, it needs much more than just sanding and painting. The skim coat turned out to be too thick over some plugs, and after requiring two days of drying, developed significant cracks. Other plugs were unevenly coated. Though not novices at compounding and sanding, we will need to hire a professional to make this look acceptable. We have only had a few cold days since the insulation was installed, but already we have noticed a huge difference in the heating efficiency of our home.

Overall great job. Clean and for the most part, thorough. There were a few places I needed to go around with my own cans of spray foam to fully seal the space from the attic. Otherwise, very happy.
