Jun, the owner, advised me to go with a more creative, less expensive option than what I had originally expected. He offered to try it and if it worked it would be $250; if it did not work it would be free. We tried it, it worked, and he advised me about other issues he found that I may want to handle in the future. Very professional, friendly, and cost-conscious. He likes to keep customers so would be able to give me a deal on future work :-)

Good neighbor plumbing contacted me right after I posted my project. Within 2 hours a representative came to my house and gave me two quotes, one for a tankless water heater and one for a regular water heater. They came out the next day and installed the heater. As well as installing the heater, they noticed our sink spout was lose and fixed it for us at no charge.

Outstanding work by John Wes Mayyam with Good Neighbor Plumbing, who removed a leaking kitchen faucet and replaced it with a wonderful new faucet. He even re-calked old tile grout around the sink, making it look new again. He went far beyond just replacing the faucet by giving expert demonstrations on how to maintain the sink, even helped by giving advice on other kitchen appliances like a malfunctioning stove burner. John arrived promptly, did the work expertly, and cleaned up perfectly, all extremely cost effective, too. We are definitely considering him for other jobs and are happy to recommend him!
