I discovered I had critters in my crawl spaces when I was preparing to list my house. Guy was super responsive, speedy, and thorough. He even put up with my obnoxious (to strangers) little dog. Guy came back prior to the home inspection to ensure there was nothing to be found. I had recommend and/or work with him again in a heartbeat.

Can't say enough good things about Guy. He's been out a few times to help with different issues and he's always so helpful and professional. It doesn't hurt that his rates are incredibly reasonable for such quality work. Don't hesitate, you'll be glad you called.

We heard rodents in our attic late Wednesday evening, so I did a search via Home Advisor and sent out three requests. Guy called me at 8:30 am on Thursday morning and that same afternoon he came out and did a free inspection. During the inspection he walked me through the areas he looked at and showed me where rodents had intruded, either directly or with pictures on his phone. At all times he kept me apprised of the problems and recommended solutions. When he finished he gave me a written estimate for two corrective options. My wife and I discussed them that night and I left him a message via phone stating what we wanted him to do. Friday morning he called back and late that afternoon he was back at our home sealing crawl space and roof intrusion paths, as well as trapping for anything that might have already taken up residence. Guy was knowledgeable, professional and friendly throughout the process. Things were fully explained and he had no problem with me hanging over his shoulder watching what he was doing at each stage. In the process telling me what I would need to look for in the future. I highly recommend Guy and "Good News" as a company worth dealing with.

Jon was friendly and very knowledgeable about our pest issue and the treatment needed. He explained throughly and was honest in his approach. Jon also provided extra guidance/tips when he heard we were planning to sell our home.

I cannot truly express how great of an experience it has been hiring Guy to help us with our pest control needs. He came within an hr of calling him for the first time, crawled under the entire house, went in the attic, took pictures to show us what he found under the house and showed us all of our access points that rodents were able to get in we really enjoyed his friendly helpful attitude and hired him that day and he got started immediately covering all of the holes setting traps under the house in the attic through any crawlspace areas that we had and even offered to help garbage to help control the issue for me outside! He gave us his phone number so that if we noticed a trap went off that we could call him anytime and he would come remove the rodent he’s come back every single week kept in contact with us to make sure everything was going all right and has continued to do maintenance on areas that we find need to be addressed. Since the day he came out the rodent population decreased significantly and I haven’t seen another one in the house since. Hiring Guy gave me such a sense of security in the issue, like the moment I hired him I felt like the problem was taken care of. I love that he is local to the union/ hood canal area and really cares about customer satisfaction. Along with truly tackling our rat and mice issue he also sprayed for carpenter ants and Gave us some advice as to how to stop the raccoons from getting under the house, which is just covering up a hole which Guy ended up doing for us anyway. He really is an amazing worker, person and business owner I would hire him again and again.

Guy, came out and went through my entire crawl space closed up and entry points and replaced all insulation and vapor barrier. I was very pleased with there response and completion of the work. I would recommend them to anybody that wants quality work done.
