Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Excellent experience from start to finish. He answered my call early in the morning, arrived exactly when he said he would, and replaced my water heater the same day. He removed and recycled the old unit, explained everything clearly, and his price was even lower than another quote I received. He was honest, professional, and easy to work with. He also took the time to chat with my son about the World Cup, which really made his day. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for future plumbing work. Highly recommend! geoff

Shower Install or Replace
This is my bathroom. Take a close look at the picture. Can you see what's missing? Sam never completed the work in the shower. Every time i'd ask when he would come finish securing the handheld shower, he'd set a date -then on the date, he would text me to say he had "an emergency" and would need to reschedule. He did that several times! Early in the job when he began the project, he was almost always late. Sometimes he wouldn't show up at all. They even broke my bathroom window and scratched my tub. I would not recommend Team ASAP. Find a more reliable company.

"Displayed right here had a problem finding a good contractor to renovate the whole bathroom I came in I give a her affordable price got out the bathroom, renovate old plumbing, install new tub tile. Make sure I call the board to replace broken beams that was behind the wall to protect because I was busy with emergency like I said emergency come first, so after all my hard work decide to write me a bad reviews, but it?s all good. This don?t stop my blessing. God is good thank you"

Extremely responsive, courteous, performed work safely, using appropriate ladders during work, continuously keeping work area clean. Repaired leaky 2nd floor tub, installed new piping, caulked around tub, tested plumbing repairs for addl leaks, capable of 1st floor ceiling repairs after plumbing was replaced. Addl work performed - cleaned grease traps snd jet cleaned piping from house to sewer. Completed work on time, explained billing, explained follow up work. I will be hiring them again.

We had a leak in the main water line which had to be repaired quickly as it was cold and we were concerned about the main line breaking. I reached out to ASAP Plumbing & Home Improvement and Samba responded immediately. Since he was in the area, he stopped by for an evaluation. Samba is very courteous and friendly and replaced the pipe and the valves at a very reasonable price. Including a trip to the hardware store, Samba completed the job in 40 minutes, tops. He is a consummate professional, and I would recommend ASAP Plumbing and Home Improvement without hesitation. As they provide other home improvement services, I look forward to working with them in the future.

Samba is excellent. A pipe broke under the sink and Samba arrived very promptly and did the job in no time. He is very polite, trustworthy and professional. He was reasonable in his fee and I would very highly recommend him for any plumbing issue. I most definitely will contact him again for any plumbing job I have.
