Alex quoted a good price, showed up on time with an assistant and finished the job one day earlier than estimated. We now have beautiful kitchen cabinets. He even took extra time to go to hame depot for supplies to fix a problem that showed up due to the age of our cabinets and water damage. We are extremely grateful and pleased. Thanks.

1 out of 5 stars ? Kitchen Renovation from Hell ? Avoid Alex at All Costs. We hired Alex to handle our full kitchen renovation, and it turned into an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Right off the bat, he showed up with the completely wrong cabinets and wrong measurements. When we pointed it out, he had excuse after excuse?wrong order, supplier mix-up, miscommunication?never once taking responsibility. Weeks later he finally brought what he claimed were the ?right? ones, only for us to discover they weren?t measured correctly at all. The fit was terrible, gaps everywhere, doors not aligning. He literally stood there and insisted ?it looks fine? and refused to replace them. It took multiple heated arguments and threats to get him to actually order and install the correct cabinets. The cabinets arrived and they were shockingly low quality?thin particle board, flimsy hardware, cheap laminate that already looks worn after a few weeks. Please do NOT hire him.

I hired Alex to redo my kitchen. I had a problem with the counter and after doing a review on here Alex took care of it. However, now there is another problem with plumbing. Alex put in the wrong sink. He gave me a double sink, which I did not request, and it is deeper than the sink I had before so the drain is too high causing the plumbing problem. A licensed plumber gave me an estimate to do what is a,major repair because the drain is to high for the sink Akex put in. The price of this repair to make it right and stop the leaking is $2500.00. Thats a lot of money to add to the $7000.00 i paid Alex for a remodel that was not done properly. Alex should have known what sink to put in as this is supposed to be his business. I have been told my kitchen looks like a handyman did it not a professional..

I hired Alex in advance in 2022, and right from the start, he had complaints about my location in Miami Beach, saying it was ugly. He was always complaining about other people and claimed to have too much work to do.. To make matters worse, his assistant lost my house keys, and initially, he denied it until he found them two weeks later. Now, he's refusing to return my keys and ignoring my texts. There were left two cabinet sheets in his shop that he said was expensive Italian material, but it was not italian and actually only cost $150 each ! I foolishly paid people to get materials from his shop, but it was a hassle because I didn't want him to finish my kitchen, so I ended up hiring someone else. I can't believe I paid him a total of $21,000 for a kitchen that should have been worth $7,000. He also charged me $1,500 for a laundry cabinet that he never installed because my door was 24 inches wide, which he apparently didn't notice during the initial estimate. He wanted an additional $ 3,500 to make it work. Of all these money I saw back only the two said sheets I wanted back to finish my project not a penny, not my keys. I showed him photo evidence of the cracked granite that his recommended granite guy supposedly repaired professionally, but he claimed it was someone else's work. Nonetheless, he made me pay another $2,100 for the granite, refusing to take responsibility. Furthermore, he recommended an electrician friend who charged me $5,000 just for installing lights under my kitchen cabinets and two fire alarms that failed inspection. I would never recommend Alex, not even to my worst enemy. I'm still dealing with the financial and health repercussions caused by choosing such a terrible contractor.

"The tenant initially prevented the installation, causing significant delays. When we returned, some materials had been damaged, and the bathroom was still not ready, so I stored the remaining cabinets for an additional 90 days. Regarding the doors, I never stated they were made in Italy. The client requested the green color of the Italian flag, and I provided what she requested. The delays were beyond my control, and I made every effort to complete the work as agreed"

Rusted hinges were used on one of the doors. Text and picture sent numerous messages and calls made since 10/2/22. Never came back to replace me despite repeated calls in October. He was in my neighborhood and refused to come by. One of the doors fell off. A text picture was sent. We were instructed to keep calling to remind him. He stated his workman came and we were not there. I was there. We have 2 cameras that showed no sign of his workman. A call was made, to him on 5/3/23. He stated when he is in the area he would come by. The cabinet door is still off. I guess there is no urgency now to call as before. The warranty is not being honored. I will not recommend it.

"Yes, he called me many times to come to his house to fix one door falling down. It is falling down because the door was abused but it is no problem I fix it but if he is not home how I am going to fix it, I went to his house twice nobody is there and we go over there with appointments. I do not know what can I do if he is not home it is impossible to fix it."

Good Price promised to make my 29 year old kitchen look like new, and they kept their promise. I really never imagined that this, my third attempt to fix my kitchen, would be possible but the transformation is amazing. I told Alex what I wanted and he delivered.
