Good Quaility Appliance Repair

We paid this company $289.96 for a repair to our ice maker. They said they had to order a part and would come back and fix it. They never came back, never responded to our request for a refund and blocked our number when we attempted to contact them.

Too expensive for the work preformed.

Very professional, and courteous. He let me know what needed to be done and what the best option was. He gave me a fair price to repair my appliance.

Took two whole days to complete the repair due to them having to go buy the part. Seemed like they were overbooked on both days. It was after 6 pm the second day when it was completed. Washer is working now.

There was no trouble shooting before even deciding what was wrong. They did not fix the problem and then did not reassemble the machine correctly. I believe they were two inexperiened young men.

I would have given 0 starts if I could. The serviceman did not show up in the two-hour window he had given me. We rescheduled for the next day, a Saturday. A serviceman came with his girlfriend. He replaced the broken icemaker with another broken one, that has not produced a single ice cube. He didn't inspect the waterline, the valves or anything. According to the girlfriend(!) there was water coming to the icemaker because his boyfriend's hand was wet as he took out the original icemaker. He charged me $250 and left. I've contacted the business several times but they have never returned my call. Now I am disputing the charges through the credit card company.

Very poor customers service. I definitely feel like I was taken advantage of. Management said he would call me and never did. He sends my calls to voice mail.

running late for both appointments

They fixed my microwave when other companies would not. I was told I could get a new one for price of repair by other companies. The problem was fixed for half the price for a new microwave.

Very polite, quick troubleshooting and made me confident with his repair. Cleaned up when work was completed.
