Good Riddance Wildlife

Guy came out, trapped squirrels, sealed off roof. He charged me $650 for 5 years of squirrel protection and after 10 months he disappeared. Doesn't answer phone or emails and still has website up for business. I feel so ripped off!!!

Chad came and took of the problem. He was efficient and timely.

Did a good job in May when I called him out. Sealed everything up. Provided a 5 year warrantee. However, when pests appeared again 5 months later, he went and looked once then never did anything else. Never returned my phone calls. Never replied to emails. He's been dropped from Home Advisor's list of vendors. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Chad was the ultimate professional. He called immediately after I submitted my problem on home advisors and set up an appointment first thing in the morning the next day. When he arrived he immediately identified the problem and fixed it right away. Prompt, quick and expeditious service. Very professional company. Chad is very knowledgeable about his area of expertise.

Just like the other reviews, Chad is a very nice guy. His niceness did not get the job done though. He came out about twice a week for 3 weeks. Didn't catch a single thing. He texted me about a week ago to see if we were still hearing noises. After telling him yes, he's dissapeared. I think he got frustrated and just gave up on the job. Bat nets are still hanging on the house, traps in the attic, and rodent problem not fixed. I told him initially I wasn't in a hurry, I just wanted the problem fixed. I would have been patient as long as he kept working hard, but to quit mid-job with no explanation is unacceptable. A few times he showed up way later than he told me, and twice he didn't show up at all when he was scheduled. This guy is just plain unreliable. Don't waste your time. 4 weeks, still a problem, and I'm going to have to hire someone else.

Chad was a great communicator, polite and did an extremely thorough job. Bottom-line is that he really knows his stuff and he is a consummate professional. It is not fun to talk about having a rat problem. The first thing he did was lay traps throughout our basement, crawl space and attic. He then identified all of the places they were gaining access to the house. It took several follow-up trips to our home to check and rebait traps and complete the exclusionary work. I cannot stress how thorough Chad has been throughout this process. He was not the least expensive choice, but he warrantied his work for 5 years on our project; something his competitors did not offer. I could not be happier with my decision to hire Good Riddance Wildlife.

We had bats get into our "luvars" and they came to remove them and do some preventative work for the future. All is well now thanks guys.

Chad was very professional. He really knows about wildlife. He did a complete inspection and informed me that my home was infested with bats. He sealed all the vents, gable vents, roof vents and construction gaps between the roof decking and the facia boards. After all of the house was sealed he installed a bat curtain so the bats could leave but not get back in. He removed all contaminated insulation and installed new and did a complete attic cleanup. I was very pleased and will refer his company to my family and friends. Great job!
