Scott and his crew basically gave our home a complete facelift in 3 1/2 weeks - vinyl siding, soffit, gutters, rebuilt chimney, and custom deck. Price was fair and the craftsmanship was excellent. Communication was also a big plus - they always took the extra to let us know exactly what they were doing and why. We'd definitely recommend Good Stuff.

If you hire these people you may not get your problem fixed and likely you will not get any money back. I see that another rating service customer that gave them a review score of *F* had a similar problem. I hired them to fix two small, leaky dormers. He charged me $600, but did not fix the leaks. The two dormers were, and still are, leaking at the corners and below the window. The owner, Scott, told me he sees this problem all the time. He said the problem was the flashing, He agreed to replace the flashing and fix the leaks for $600. I told him there were no leaks on the sides and showed him where the water was coming in. They removed part of the siding, put in flashing, and put the siding back. I let him know within about two weeks that What they did not fix the leaks. It turned out that the flashing was not the problem--that was just a guess on his part and not a correct assessment. I called Scott several times to try to get him to come back and fix the problem as he had promised. He said I was his top priority, but it took almost 5 months for his people return to my home, granted there was some bad weather. They admitted they had not fixed the area under the window--which was the main source of the problem. I sent him photos as proof and he acknowledged it was still leaking. He told me that to fix it they would have to replace all the siding on the dormers and it would be an additional $2500. Scott kept telling me his work was good and that he had fixed what I hired him to do. This makes no sense since he did not fix the area under the window and there are still leaks. They also scuffed up the asphalt shingles on my roof, knocking off the granules. It looks worn now. He gave a *6-month warranty* but would not honor it. When I suggested at least a partial refund he refused and hung up the phone on me. I wonder if the good reviews are fake. He comes across as a nice guy and can fool you. BEWARE!

Problem diagnosed, solution recommended, estimate provided in first visit. Hard working crew. Started late in the day and stayed until the work was completed. Great communication about the solution.

I had GoodStuff replace an old tar roof with new due to leaking last fall. With the spring heavy rains I've had continued leaks in the area, and contacted GoodStuff. They have stood behind their work, and come out to check it out quickly. While I wish they had found and fixed the additional leakage, I am impressed by their responsiveness and willingness to come to back.

I would hire these guys again, for anything, in a minute! Friendly, professional, and very reasonably priced. Explained every step of the process.

Even though this was a small roofing repair I received a first class and timely response to my need. Would definitely use Good Stuff again, should the need arise and would recommend this company to friends and others.

They showed up promptly and diagnosed the leak problem as a missing boot on one of the plumbing pipes. They replaced it quickly and at a reasonable price.

I needed some roofing expertise to replace an attic vent and plumbing vent boot. I called 2 different companies that are so-called professional roofers that work in the Lawrenceburg area. I have yet to hear from either. I had notified both by phone and online. I checked out HomeAdvisor to see whom they listed. I received a call from Tim with GoodStuff that evening. They came out the next morning and completed the job. I recommend this company.

Their workers got in a hurry and missed some important steps. I had to call them back and one of the owners came out and personally fixed the problem. They had stripped the roof Friday afternoon, put down the felt in case of rain and then missed some critical repairs on Saturday morning because the felt had them hidden. Some of their hired workers even had the audacity to drink beer while on my roof which led me to question the overall leadership. Overall, after I had the owner back out, I do have a good roof without any leaks. Their workers need a little more supervision which is the main reason I lowered the rating. Putting down shingles they were really good at. Necessary repairs prior to that leaves some questions.
