Excellent in every regard

Installed survelliance camera system. Workmanship and customer service is great. Having problems with some cameras, but they are working to resolve the problems.

Good Telecom got back to me the next working day. We made an appointment at my convenience. The owner show-up with his test equipment and an antenna to try out to see what kind of reception I could get here. I was very happy with the results so that day I told them to order the parts to install the system. This antenna will pay for it self in four mouths free and clear compared to the rip off Direct dish company that I cancelled three months ago.

Very pleasant and on time. Gave a concise estimate and completed the job on time and on budget. I would definitely use him again, and would highly recommend him to my friends.

Good telecom arrived to the site early and worked late into the night as the site needed much more work than we originally thought. Even AT&T didn't accomplish their task correctly and Good Telecom was able to correct their mistakes. I highly recommend Good Telecom.

great Job when they came out to the house and finished in a timely manner, which was very important to me. However, the communication in confirming my apointment time was not as I would expect. I was unsure they were going to show for their apointment but once they did, It was a great job done.

Jonathon knows what he's doing. He did a great job connecting our home theater system. The estimate was a little higher than another company and he did charge extra for wires and cables. I would definitely use him again.

VERY GOOD WORKING

Good Telecom informed me they were backlogged on computer services so I took the computer to another store. Good Telecom was very friendly in our phone conversation. I was in need to get my computer serviced quickly so I took it to another repair facility.

They are a great company and will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy.
