    We had a terrible experience. We scheduled for an afternoon move. We were told they would be at our home between 1-4pm. We tried contacting them for an ETA during that time and after 4pm with little to no help. The drivers did not show up until 6:15pm. There were only two guys when we were quoted three. We did not get done with the move until after midnight. It would have been later had my son and I not helped. They knew they only had two guys and were running late, but did not bother to call us to let us know. We had to chase them down to get any information. Furthermore, the drivers showed up baked and reeking marijuana. They did work hard while they were there though. Still, this is very unprofessional.

    This was the worst experience I have ever been in. They canceled my move on the day of the move said they had to reevaluate my contract after one of their personnel had already done a walk through and took pictures 3 weeks earlier. I would not recommend them to move anything ever

    This was the worst experience I have had in a long time. Terrible communication. Movers showed up hours late on moving day. Charged me hundreds in fees that werent disclosed up front. We ended up doing 75% of the job ourselves and even rented our own truck when we were unable to reach anyone on moving day. Even when the help arrived and we tried working out the confusion, the workers acknowledged that the company typically screwed things up and did not communicate important details. I am actively telling all of my friends and family to avoid this company like the plague. They should change their name to Bad Time movers. Based on this experience I will probably never use Angi again either.

    I will not use them again. They are unprofessional. They damage our property and do not even returned our calls, they no respond any complaints and the obviously do not know what they are doing.

    One of the movers they sent was, I believe, either a recovering alcoholic or drug addict. He constantly dropped items, broke them, and busted through a windowpane in my kitchen because he was so jittery. He could not lift anything heavy because he was so weak. I complained to mgmt before signing anything, and they did not believe me that his incompetence cost me 2 extra man hours, because he was of no help. My quote was $900, and at the end of the day they wanted to charge me $1500. I stated that its not right to charge me for their mistake of sending this incompetent worker. So they knocked down their charge to $1200 and then refused to pay for the damages I made claims on, including the kitchen window. Worst moving company to not accept responsibility for their poor choice in hiring this man to work for them. Very bad customer service for increasing the charge so much more than the quote, and not taking care of any of the damages incurred. Do not hire this company!

    The Good Time Moving help us with the last minute of unloading. They were super efficient, and the move took a very reasonable time. My wife was happy with the entire experience, and she usually finds something to complain about. I recommend the movers to all.

    The organization ranks top of the list for the best mover in the region. I saw their reviews on the internet and booked them. The team arrived on time. I had some requirements which I told them. They open-heartedly fulfill all my requirements. Everything was delivered on time with no damage.

    No company knows their stuff. From beginning to end, they did a terrific job of moving our office without any problems whatsoever. Everyone was good, talked to us properly, kept us updated, and we loved our hassle-free.
