The whole process was a lot less inconvenient than I thought it would be.
The estimate was far below other companies I had contacted. Glen knew exactly what I would need in my house. He has serviced Sun City homes for a long time and his assessment was quick and accurate. Other companies spent an hour trying to figure out what kind of system I would need.
The installation was also easier than I thought. I did not have to move anything. They covered every thing that might get dusty. There was absolutely no mess when they left.
I’m still waiting for my inspection. But everything appears to be working quite well.

Glenn Julian, the owners son, arrived within the expected time window. He allowed me to watch as he explained the various tests of the air conditioning that he was doing and he also described some of the previous experiences he has had with air conditioning systems. He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. He finished the air conditioning maintenance check within one hour. We plan to call Julian's Heat & AC again in the fall when we need to have the heating system maintenance check done. Thank you Julian's Heat and AC for a great job done!

Could not be happier, texted just last night for someone to check my AC unit not running. Said they'd be here 12-2pm today, quick turnaround with these 100+ degree days. Anyway the tech lands here right at 12, troubleshoots the issue in 15 minutes, and was done and gone by 12:20. It was a simple condenser connection issue so only paid the initial consultation fee...would definitely use and recommend these guys again for any of my HVAC needs.
