Undependable. Company never showed up and did not return calls when I repeatedly called to have them reschedule their missed commitment time. As a result my leaves never where raked up and now are under snow.

Hired this company to do a job; initially they were fair and courteous. Upon inspection, they made a deal with us and planned on doing the work. When the day came; we informed them that we would not be home until later. When we arrived; our yard and grass was chewed up but no one was there. When I called; he refused to do the job stating that he could not get into the backyard but agreed to eat the cost of the chipper he rented even though he was going to use it at another job that day anyway...Really irritated that a deal was made; he assessed the property and took pictures and agreed to do a job that he never did. Now, we have to fix the huge marks in our yard and over our septic system. Not happy at all and he refused to remedy the situation or accept our help with moving the truck and hitch into the backyard. Keep in mind, we have had trucks and hitches that size in our backyard before without any issue. I have only given 2 stars for customer services since he attempted to be polite. Not happy with this company at all.
