I was VERY pleased with the look and smell of my house when I arrived home that day. I had asked that the cleaning service use aroma-free cleaning agents due to my husband's allergies. They did so. Even my husband, who is very critical of professionals who come into the home, was very complimentary. We plan to call them again in the near future.

Shara is very nice to work with, and works to make sure her staff understands my needs.

Goode is NO GOOD. I hired them to clean my entire house of carpets for my daughters baby shower. They did not have a truck mounted extraction system, just a large blue tank and they had to hook up to my water. I pointed out the severe damage areas, pet stains, and they were upstairs for over an hour. I went to check on the progress of the 5 bedrooms upstairs to find that only one had actually been done although they claimed to have done another, -the floor wasn't even damp. Furthermore, the "done" room the job was no better than what I could do with my home bissel carpet cleaner. The "pre-treatment" applied to areas of rug bleached it .

They were frienly and cleaned verry good.

Wow! This was my first cleaning (I'll be on a 4 week schedule) and Sara came with the 2 ladies who will be cleaning our home. They spent 3 hours making my place shine. My husband and I are very tidy so I told them I want the details as I can keep things to a fair standard. All 3 got it and did a fantastic job. (PS: we estimat that they did about 1900 sq. ft. -- we do not need regular cleaning of guest areas.)

Did a fantastic job on the day I requested, but then told me would not be available that day in the future. I was really unhappy. They cleaned the house the way I do. Not to good with confirming job and following up, but perhaps it is because she wasn't going to take us on as regular customers so she did not feel the need to follow up.

They need to clean my floors better next time

They worked very hard and were very thorough. Close attention was paid to every detail and the workers wouldn't leave until everything was totally satisfactory. Their price was more than reasonable. The value for their service is exceptional, and I plan to use their services in the future
