Philip Goodell took 4 months to install about 1150sqft of floor tiles. He would call out periodically with numerous excuses. Throughout our experience, he complained that he â undervaluedâ his estimate and that â we were lucky that heâ s honest?â Then, he added 6 hours to the vinyl in our bathrooms which was already included with our estimate. And then 5 hours of material pick up?This is his time picking up materials at Home Depot, which he offered. Due to the amount of receipts he had, itâ s like he went shopping everyday instead just getting bulk materials. He cannot manage his money right. On top of that, he complains about money alllllll the time! Do not hire this guy! He is slow, does not work for more than 5 hours a day, overshares his pitiful stories, and calls out at least 1-2 days a week. If you want a reliable contractor, this is not the guy.
