Job was at most ok. Made 60' long wall less than 2' tall with 36" wide rain gutter. The wall is straight but it drops in the middle. The bricks on top aren't level (lean one way at one end and the opposite way at the other end). I made a couple hand drawn sketches - a waste of my time. Some work had to be redone. They are sloppy and did not clean up after themselves. Looking today, I found they had thrown left over bricks and such into the trees near the end of the wall. Plus, the rain gutter pools water in a couple places.

Did not provide the materials I requested and did used cheap wood to hold in rocks. Also, installed the wood incorrectly. Already contracted a concrete company to replace walkway done by this company. Not worth the money spent.

They did a messy job on repairing my steps. There are cracks where mortar should have been put to keep someones shoe heel from getting caught in the steps. There is also possibility of water seeping through and getting in my basement which was one of the reasons I was getting the steps. They did a very messy job of covering up the crumbled brick face which was not to be replaced in the contract. Did not wash the bricks off before leaving. When I washed them off the next day, I realized what a messy job they had done. Promised to return last Tuesday, haven't heard from him.

"Goode's Masonry, did a walk through with Miss Jacqueline, and she signed off on the contract that always states to be done to satisfaction. She was very happy with the work when we left, she even asked us before we left if there was enough brick left over to do her a mailbox and how much would it cost her. After she contacted us with her complaint we did show back up at her house at the date agreed upon, she wasn't home or would not come to door. Goode's Masonry has gone above and beyond to resolve this issue. Our ratings and reviews clearly reflect our character our customers that know us no we stand behind our work 100 percent."
