I didn’t have an install I requested a service because my 3yr old unit was cooling but it was making a noise that was concerning. I didn’t want to call the company that installed it because of broken promises during the sale. GoodFellas was running a tuneup special so I called them. They were easy to contact and to make an appointment with. Their wonderful tech Hunter serviced my AC. Hunter was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about his business. He showed me photos of my AC with the gauges attached to my AC and explained in detail what the numbers meant. I figured it would need some service because of the noises. Hunter went over different options price wise and I decided on what I absolutely needed now and what I could do at a later date. I could tell the difference in how it was running as the work was being done. The noise went away, it ran smoother, it smelled cleaner, I don’t have to worry about surges. Hunter went above and beyond for me. He’s my AC guy forever. Thank you!
