Henry built me some benches did a good job then I hired him to screen in my deck and it looks like crap. The screen is loose, the door they put up wasnt cut straight, it was hung crooked, there are big places they missed staining. They would come and work 2 or 3 hrs at a time then leave. They left a huge mess in the yard for weeks and had to be told to clean it up.

Henry and his team were very friendly. They didn't charge me for the small amount of material they needed. I hired them to repair a hole in a wall (large hole behind washer and dryer). They fixed it up well with nice boarding and trimmed it too. And they didn't take too long. I appreciate their work.

Because they are the experts they did not once make me feel less than. They took the time to listen to my concerns and reassure me by checking everything out to make sure it was working correctly. I also hired them to put shelving in my garage, they did a great job and it was not an all-day job.

Poor scheduling & follow up. Changed repair scope without customer approval. Did not follow up to rework poor quality.

"I have never done any work for this individual nor do I have any idea who this is I can only imagine that this is someone that I felt would not be a good customer and is out to smear me on homeadvisor. My work speaks for itself, and I am a highly successful in and around the Charlotte and surrounding areas. I challenge these individuals to prove these accusations by posting just one scintilla of evidence (such as invoice, communication photo) anything that proves I have wronged them in any way. In my business I have found that when you do good work most disgruntled individuals are those that GOD steers you away from"

Henry, the owner, assigned Richard to our tasks, and he did an excellent job of installing sliding shelves in the kitchen cabinets and assembling a 6-ft, composite wood cabinet that we could never have handled. Henry checked as Richard finished up to insure everything met our satisfaction. I am keeping Henry's card for when we need further handyman work.

Henry and company are very nice/personable and did a very good job. The only downside, is that They are a bit expensive and left items in my yard. I would recommend them to my neighbors though for the excellent carpentry by the gentlemen he has working for him.
