I wonâ t say all, but most contractors in this area that Iâ ve worked with have provided a terrible experience. Working with James was like a breathe of fresh air. To have someone do what they say, actually show up, and charge what they bid, was unbelievable. His work is exemplary! He did the job in a fraction of the time other people quoted. I will absolutely hire him again and tell everyone I can to hire him.

Weâ ve contracted with James (Goodland Building) to do a few significant projects for us in 2019. Our 20-year old wooden deck on the back of our house needed major repair. We had James replace all deck boards with composite boards and our â newâ deck is fantastic. We then had James completely replace our above-ground pool deck. It is also fantastic! Weâ ve hired James to do a couple other landscaping projects as well. James and his crew were/are affordable. They are professional. They communicate well. They completed all work on schedule. When we need something done, we contact James! We greatly appreciate and highly recommend Goodland Building!
