This company is absolutely amazing!!! Starting with the owner, to the inspector, to everyone on the work crew. Before filing a claim for storm damage, I decided to have three companies come out to do a roof inspection. Rick is the inspector who came out for Goodlife Exteriors and Contracting. Of the three companies, he took the time to answer my many questions and explain how the process worked. He assured me he would be available every step of the way while dealing with the Adjuster and made himself available to be onsite during each inspection. A non-State Farm inspection company was engaged to do the first inspection. According to this company, there was no damage to the roof found to be caused by the storms therefore, the insurance Adjuster denied the claim. After Rick provided the Adjuster with his findings proving there was indeed damage that was storm related, another inspection was ordered. This time, a State Farm inspector was engaged. The State Farm inspector agreed with Rickâ s findings and a complete roof and gutter replacement was approved. At this point, I was introduced to Henry, the companyâ s owner and just as amazing as Rick. As soon as weather permitted, Henry had his crew at my home to begin the work on replacing the roof and gutters. Henry and Rick worked with the insurance company when after removing parts of the roof they found additional funds would be needed to cover the cost of issues that were previously discussed but not confirmed until they began removing the old roof. The entire project was completed on schedule and went off without a hitch. THE RESULTS ARE OUTSTANDING!!! Rick, Henry, and the entire crew were respectful, courteous, and professional at all times. I have engaged the company to do additional work on the interior of my home. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have exterior and interior work done. tla

No 15% discount. Minimum fee $ 600. We had to keep contacting them to get the project done But @ least they responded only 2 out the 5 from the list did.

They made no effort to kill off my roses and peonies. They put tarps over them, and the weight of the shingles damaged my roses and killed my fern peony. I am still waiting for them to send a final bill to my insurance. I have left messages and they have not responded. I tried to recommend them for the gutters of my daughter, but we have not received a response for that either! I guess we are better off finding another company for that job.

Rick scheduled the work quickly, which we appreciated. They performed the repairs quickly and efficiently. We felt the pricing was fair, no surprises. Rick is easy to work with, stayed in contact with and very knowledgeable. An overall good experience. We recommend them, and would hire them again.

Henrry did an amazing job. My insurance sent an inspector that did not see all the damages that my house had, and just wanted to cover just a little visible damage. Henrry did a second inspection with my insurance and was able to cover my whole roof. He took ownership of everything and deal with my insurance. I had a great service and thanks to him, I'll be saving money on my home insurance since I got a section 4 roofing. I 100% recommend him to all my family and friends.
