It was nice setting things up with Bill. A nice personable guy and easy to work with. My parents were excited with their first snow removal the other day. We live across the country, and it gives me peace of mind knowing they are not out trying to shovel snow themselves. I'm glad to be able to help them in this small way.

They provided a detailed estimate and worked with my wife and I to finalize an agreed schedule, cost and scope of work. They expertly did the scope of work in accordance with what we had agreed upon. They were very courteous and considerate at all times. We appreciated having them do the work that we needed to have done. We told them that the name of their company did not accurately portray their experise and the excellent manner in which they conducted business, and we urged them to consider renaming their business! Great job Goofy Guys!!!

Bill was very nice. He did an almost perfect job on our countertops- better than anyone could have done without having them be custom moulded. He had to cancel one appointment with us because his wife was in the hospital, and felt so bad about it that he came in on a Sunday to try and finish up. When he was finished, he felt the corner joint didn't look quite good enough (I would have been happy with it the way it was), so he went to the store to get caulking- at his cost- to make it look perfect.

Bill did a wonderful job on my flooring. I have had the flooring materials in my home for almost two years because I was dealing with a contractor who always found a reason to delay the install. Bill came in and looked at the existing floor and gave me and estimate of what it would cost to install the new flooring. He installed the new flooring and I am totally satisfied with his work. I have recommended his company to friends and I plan to use them again in the near future.

Got off to a slow start and some issues but he came through like a professional handling all areas that needed attention without any resistance.
