Gooseberry Creek installed a black 5' chainlink fence with multiple gates according to my specs. They did a fantastic job and didn't cut corners. They even completed the job in less time than expected. I highly recommend and will use them again if I ever have the need!

** UPDATE: It's been almost two months, and I never heard back after they came out to look at things that needed to be fixed...no responses to my messages, no quote, no repair. Had to find another company to repair the fence they installed. --------------- I was initially very pleased with Gooseberry Creek fencing when they installed my 6 foot cedar privacy fence four years ago. Now, however, there are things going wrong with it that should not be happening this early on...the gate hinges coming apart, posts that are loose and tipping. After finally getting someone to come out to look at the issues, I learned that they are no longer using the type of hinges they put on my gate because they were substandard and don't hold the weight of the gate well. One would think they would make it right and replace them with the correct, appropriate hinges. Then I was told one post was broken five inches below ground. I have no idea how that conclusion was drawn given you can't see down to that point. There was no explanation given as to why or how that could happen either. The person took pictures of all the issues and told me someone "will probably" call me about the repairs. That wording was a red flag. It is now three weeks later, and I've received no repair quote. I've tried calling multiple times with no answer and no response to voicemails or texts. When someone finally picked up on a Friday, I was given an explanation (excuse) for their lack of contact and, when I asked, was told I'd be called the coming Monday. Well, Monday...and the whole week...has come and gone with no contact. This has completely changed my opinion about this company. I can see they don't stand behind their work and are not concerned about making things right by taking care of their customers' repair needs. If you need a new fence or need a repair, I suggest looking elsewhere. Gooseberry Creek Fencing cannot be counted on.
