The personnel were very polite and professional. However, we had several plants damaged by the product(s) used on the roof. In hindsight, we should have requested that the plants be covered or the technicians should have done that as part of the preparatory process. They did water the plants near the home but that ultimately proved to be inadequate. In addition, the cost given the time spent was high (although we have no prior reference). The roof was noticeably improved. I also question why the technicians did not have business cards and were not able to provide an invoice/work order upon completion. It had to be emailed from the company office.
