Ken Gordon Electric, Inc.

No, Ken Gordon did faulty work on my new home in May 2025, he was very unprofessional during the process and I had to threaten him with legal action to complete the job, once I paid him in full when he stopped reporting to the site. He installed faulty eave lights that he put a year warranty on and has been telling me in writing that he is going to replace them since July 29, 2025, and now refusing to replaced them. I will have to take him to court to get my money back. If you do not want to deal with unprofessionalism, work that consistently fail local planning and zoning new home construction inspections, can not trust the contractor to do want he said and lots of drama, do not hire Ken Gordon Electric.

Found problem and repaired quickly. No unneeded parts. Good service.

Mr. Ken was overall very respectful and courteous. From our conversation he knew what he was doing and by his work he knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend.

The cost of the actual work was less than the original estimate. The electrician showed up on time as promised. He was extremely professional and spent a lot of time making sure I was completely satisfied with the project. I will definitely use this company again for my future electric needs.

I used Ken Gordon Electric several months ago for a small job. I was so impressed with his professionalism and reasonable rates that I knew I'd use him again. I just now had a fairly large shop installed and I needed lots of power for tools, lights and air conditioning. Ken seemed to know exactly what electricity plan I'd need. Service was PROMPT, Communication GREAT, rates were REASONABLE and the job was completed PROFESSIONALLY and FRIENDLY. I couldn't ask for more. Two Thumps Up.

Communication, Service, and Work was first class. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. My only drawback was the price was a little high for the job and was $50.00 higher than the verbal quote. But, it was worth it to me for the speed and quality of the work.

In response to my Internet inquiry Ken came by, saw my need and gave me an estimate for the job. I accepted the estimate and ask him to do the job. A young man came by and finished the job in about an hour. I'm very satisfied with his work, his manners, and his cleanup. What I'm not pleased with is the estimate of $150 Ken gave me ending up costing $200, 33 percent higher. This amount of difference is far more than I would expect.
