Land Surveying
We paid Mr. Killion $275 on 11/17 to perform a lot survey. He performed the physical survey on the same day; however, as of this date we have not received any certified surveys of the property. We have contacted him by phone at least six times since the survey was done in regards to getting the certified copies of the survey, but all we get each time is a different excuse why it hasn't been done and a statement that he will do it; however, so far nothing. Today, 2/14, we have sent him a letter demanding that, by 2/29, he either send us the certified surveys or refund the $275 so that we can purchase another survey. Can Mservicemagic help?

Hired him in November of 2011 Paid him by check December 1st 2011 As of today February 9th 2012 I have not received survey, I am in code violation with my city and will be required to go to court.
