I thought I was hiring Gordon Miller properties for some work on windows around my house. It turned out that was not the case. The repairs did not hold. I contacted who I thought I had hired and learned I had been deceived. The man at Gordon Miller told me he would send someone out to look at the issue. No one showed up and they stopped returning calls. I understand they were deceived as well, but on a later call I offered to pay for the new repair. Now there is a tropical storm bearing down on us and I have two leaky windows. The only reason I rated them as high as I did is that the original problem was not their fault, but if they would have returned my calls I would not be switching out towels in my living room every 15 minutes right now.

Do not pay until the whole job is complete. They were suppose to come back the next day to paint over where they got paint on the ceiling and window trim but they never did.
